Ingredients

  • 3 tangerines
  • a handful of organic spinach
  • 1 slice of ginger (peeled)
  • ¼ lemon juiced
  • ¼ avocado
  • a splash of water

Directions

  1. Bland all of the ingredients together until you reach a smooth lump free consistency, easy.
