3 fresh green herbs raw pasta sauce | 2 minutes

This is an amazing 2 minute raw green pasta herb sauce with so many nutritional properties. I’ve was inspired to create it when I had to many green herbs left over in my fridge. I thought to myself “what can I do with these”..? I don’t like cooking them because you are loosing all the nutritional properties. I had 2 choices, to create a new green smoothie or to make a type of sauce. I had quite a lot.. to much for a smoothie, so here we are.

This sauce has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and detox properties. The sauce is really healthy and full of vitamins and minerals. I chose extra virgin olive oil for it’s richness in omega fatty acids, and for your health balance.

This green vegan sauce is not only for pasta but it’s also a brilliant option as a rice topping. Also baked potatoes, sweet potato dip, sauce for chips, veggie burger sauce, veggie cakes, falafel sauce or anything you fell needs a nutritional dip/sauce.

It can be consumed in hot dishes and enjoyed equally in cold ones. When I prepared it for the family’s pasta dinner there was a little left over, I used it the next day on my rice, it was great. I hate to waste food and love it when food can be functional.
