Ingredients
Carrot Hummus
Plain hummus
Beetroot and mint Hummus
Pea and fresh herbs Hummus
Instructions
Carrot Hummus
  1. Dice the carrot and boil for 10 minutes. In the meantime prepare all the other ingredients. Put everything into the food processor, add the carrots and blend until smooth. You can serve this carrot hummus with finely sliced carrots, chilli oil, fresh oregano, thyme, poppy seeds etc.
Plain Hummus
  1. For the standard hummus add all the ingredients and blend in a food processor until smooth, add water if necessary. Serve with an extra drizzle of olive oil, pinch of chilli flakes and paprika.
Beetroot and Mint Hummus
  1. The process for preparation is the same as the plain hummus. Serve with some sesame seeds, fresh mint and herbal oil, see the links above.
Pea and fresh herb Hummus
  1. For this hummus simply blend all the ingredients together until smooth. You can serve this hummus with nigella seeds, herbal oil and fresh herbs.
