  1. Pre heat the oven to 160ÂșC
  2. In a big bowl mix together the dry ingredients, add half of the pears (peeled and cut into cubes, add 1/2 pineapple cut into cubes
  3. In a food processor/blender put the leftovers from the pears and pineapple, add the banana and blend until smooth
  4. Pour the mixture into the bowl with the other ingredients and mix well
  5. Spread the coconut oil on your baking tray. Pour your detox oatmeal and bake until golden brown around 20-30 minutes
