Raspberry, lemon and mint | green salad with special dressing

This green salad is based on raspberry, mint and lemon. This flavour combination is really tasty and refreshing. Spring is a great time for refreshing light foods, so here we go with a great refreshing light salad, a sensible option for one of your meals. It’s very quick and easy to prepare and easy to pop in a lunch box to take it to work. It’s full of nutrients, antioxidants and it’s a great choice for those on a weight loss program. The addition of these rich ingredients, fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, cold pressed oil, maple syrup give you plenty of vitamins and minerals a real boost for your health. Instructions
  1. In a bowl gently mix the greens, slice the onion, roughly chop the almonds and add them into the salad.
  2. Add the avocado cubed, followed by fresh raspberries, lemon pieces and nigella seeds.
  3. In a cup mix all the ingredients for the salad dressing. Mix with a fork or hand frother until smooth.
  4. Serve separately or mixed all together and enjoy
