Instructions
  1. In a saucepan on a low heat boil 2 bowls of water
  2. Add the carrots, vegetable stock and all seasonings
  3. Wash the red lentils and drain well. Transfer the lentils into the saucepan and leave it to simmer for 25 minutes.
  4. 5 minutes before it's ready add the oil and the plant-based milk. Serve with chilli flakes and herbs of choice
