Super food green salad with glazed pears, goji berries, hazelnuts and maple-balsamic dressing

The added combination of the balsamic vinegar and pomegranate molasses add a nice slight hint of sweet and sour.

Instructions
  1. In a saucepan on a low heat mix all the ingredients for the glazing. Leave to simmer for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. When the glazing is thick and ready, glaze the pears for 5-10 minutes on both sides
  3. In a cup mix all the ingredients for the dressing
  4. Mix the green salad vegetables well and transfer into a bowl.
  5. Place the glazed peas on top, sprinkle the sesame, goji berries and halved hazelnuts.
  6. Serve with sweet and sour dressing
