Your cans make this vegan cream cheese and store it in the fridge for up to 1 week, then enjoy it on toast in the morning or as an afternoon snack. You might even like to make some sour vegan pancakes over the weekend and have a side of cream “cheese” to go along with it. I could go on with these combinations, I love sweet and sour flavours… mouth-watering!

I did an experiment and gave this vegan cream “cheese” to non vegans… and guess what they didn’t know the difference and really enjoyed it. I think you need to get a good balance between the lemon, herbs and salt, so feel free to adjust it to your personal taste. Lemon brings in the fermented notes, herbs makes it aromatic and tasty and salt gives the usual cheesy sour flavour as the standard one.
