Yummy veggie burgers, high in nutrients and packed with protein and super foods!
Pre-heat the oven to 160°C
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly brush with oil of choice
In a food processor put the peas, spring onion, celeriac, garlic, leek, kale and almond butter, blend for 2-3 minutes
Add all the herbs and spices and continue blending for 1-2 more minutes
Transfer into a bowl an add the flax seeds and flour, mix well and form the burgers by hand, feel free to scoop the mixture out with a TBSP, place it on to the tray and push down gently to form and shape your burgers
