Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 160°C
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly brush with oil of choice
  3. In a food processor put the peas, spring onion, celeriac, garlic, leek, kale and almond butter, blend for 2-3 minutes
  4. Add all the herbs and spices and continue blending for 1-2 more minutes
  5. Transfer into a bowl an add the flax seeds and flour, mix well and form the burgers by hand, feel free to scoop the mixture out with a TBSP, place it on to the tray and push down gently to form and shape your burgers
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes
