Vegan cream and yoghurt ice cream with pomegranate

The taste of this vegan ice cream is so smooth and creamy that you would have trouble guessing that it was vegan. Why would you choose a vegan ice cream instead of the regular dairy ice cream..?

The understanding of the unhealthy  effects of dairy products and the effect on our health balance is now more and more popular. As we know commercial ice cream is based on milk/cream and tons of sugar. None of those products are particularly good for you if you want to be healthy, energised and take good care for yourself.  Here we go with our great idea for vegan yoghurt ice cream, based on oaty/plant-based single cream which is with 30% less fats than dairy ice cream and coconut yoghurt.

Of course this superior ice cream is refined sugar free and sweetened using maple syrup which is very nutritional and has a low GI, its also lower in calories in comparison with standard refined cane sugar.

There are so many reasons to choose it.. Finally the extra topping of fresh pomegranate is high in antioxidants and vitamins. Also kids will love the look and taste of this yummy ice cream!
